Reportedly they were both found the next day, Dickey asleep in her car, and the boy at a nearby mall. Dickey was then fired by the school. Dickey, who has been charged with unlawful imprisonment and promoting a suicide attempt, and two misdemeanors, including endangering the welfare of a child, is reportedly married and has 3 children. English teacher at Oil City High School in Oil City, Pennsylvania has been charged with endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and possession of drug paraphernalia. It is alleged that Fetty had an ongoing sexual relationship with a 16 year old female student. Fetty was arrested after her own 13 year old daughter reported seeing Fetty and the 16 year old kissing, sleeping (literally, presumably) together, hugging, and saying “I love you” to each other. Investigators had a surveillance team watching Fetty to confirm the allegations, and what they saw did in fact corroborate with what witnesses saw. The surveillance team saw Fetty and the girl leaving Fetty’s home to take the girl home, where the girl would get on her normal school bus. The team also saw Fetty and the girl kissing each other for prolonged periods of time in Fetty’s car. After police interrogated Fetty, she admitted to the relationship with the 15 year old girl, noting that it first began in August of 2008. After hearing that information, police obtained and executed a search warrant on Fetty’s home, where they found marijuana paraphanalia, as well as letters that describe a sexual relationship between Fetty and the alleged victim. Fetty has been freed on a $10,000 bond and has reportedly been suspended by the school system. Fetty is due back in court on March 4th, 2009. | |

Charges were initially filed against Smalley when one of her boys told authorities that he did not think her sex discussions were appropriate. Despite her denials, Smalley took the plea deal to avoid a possible felony conviction in a trial. The deal also spared her sons, ages 12 and 16, from testifying. Stokes, wearing a white jail jumpsuit and orange slippers, stood before the judge and answered a series of questions about the June 23 incident. The victim lived down the road from her father's Phenix City home, and she performed the sex act on the boy in that home, she said. Assistant District Attorney Max Smith has said Stokes wrote the boy letters and had his younger brother deliver them. Landreau said the letters discussed her feelings for the victim, the sex act she performed and her desire to repeat the act. The boy's mother intercepted the letters, leading to charges against Stokes. Stokes initially faced charges of sexual misconduct and enticing a child into a house for immoral purposes. Landreau said the grand jury decided a more appropriate charge would be second- degree sodomy after it considered the evidence. | |

As part of her plea agreement, Deel agreed never to profit from the crime, as well as have no contact with the boy and his family without court permission. She was originally charged with two counts of third-degree sex offense, two counts of fourth-degree sex offense and two counts of solicitation of a minor. According to the police report, the sexual relationship reportedly began in early 2003, after the student received a note from Wallace saying she "found her attractive and wanted to know if she felt the same way."
